313 Presents oversees managing, marketing and booking of the 7,300-capacity amphitheatre. As Macomb County’s premier outdoor amphitheatre, concertgoers can expect the same diverse array of top touring acts they have come to expect when attending shows at other 313 Presents venues.

There are two box office locations inside Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre, The East and West box offices.

TICKET LIMIT POLICY

The maximum number of tickets that can be purchased for a show is restricted to the published ticket limit of that show. Most events have an 8 ticket limit. The ticket limit can be viewed on the individual event page through the Ticketmaster website. This applies for the entire duration a show is on-sale and includes all points of purchase.313 Presents reserves the right to cancel ticket limits on specific shows or offers at any time that exceed the policy.There is a four event per transaction limit (or a maximum of 32 tickets). If you wish to purchase more than four events, we politely ask that you get back in line (if applicable).

Parking Fees, Upgrades, & VIP Parking

General Parking

  • Parking fees are included in the ticket price.
  • Parking lots open at 4:00 p.m. (for most shows) or 2 1/2 hours prior to a matinee show.

Executive Parking

  • Upgrade and park closer to the venue regardless of your arrival time! A ticket to our ExecutiveParking Lot includes one guaranteed parking spot in a paved lot within steps of the venue entrance and expedited exit after the show. An extremely limited number of spaces available.
  • Parking lot opens 3 hours prior to show time.
  • Upgraded parking tickets are available for purchase up until 4 p.m. on event day.

VIP Parking

  • Parking in the VIP Lot is available for Season Membership ticket holders only and is accessible from the secondary entrance, which is East of the Main Entrance on Metro Parkway.
  • VIP parking is not sold on an individual show basis.Only guests with a VIP parking passwill receive access to this lot.Tickets sold on the secondary market are not season memberships and therefore do not include a VIP Parking pass.

Accessibility Services

Entries

  • Before guests are permitted entry into The Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre, they must go through one of our three security screening processes.
  • The three different types of screening that are utilized include magnetometers, hand wands, or pat downs. Should guests not be able to use any of these devices for health reasons, please ask a Crowd Manager for alternative options.

Listening Devices

  • We offer Assisted Listening Devices to any guests that require them. They can be checked out at the Guest Service Kiosk located near the Main Entrance.

Parking

  • Guests can access the accessible parkinglot from the main entrance byfollowing Park Access Dr., and taking the first left into the South lot located next to the Freedom Hill Banquet Center.
  • Parking colleagues will be able to direct guests to the accessible parking area.

Restroom

  • Guests entering the venue from the VIP Gate can utilize the accessible restrooms to the left.

Seating

  • If you have lawn tickets and would like to upgrade to accessible lawn seating, guests may visitthe box office for assistance with seating you inone of our accessible lawn areas. Please note, availability may differ by event and may result in paying the difference for the pavilion seats (versus lawn seats).
  • The accessible seating locations are located in the orchestra pit and on both levels of the concourse.
  • Orchestra pit seating may vary depending on the production of the show.
  • One companion seat may be purchased per accessible seat purchased.
  • Additional companion seats may be purchased but will be placed in rows near the accessible section, if available.

Sign Language Interpreter

  • If you are hearing impaired and want to visit Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre, you may request the services of an interpreter by filling out the form here.We ask that you make this request at least four weeks prior to the show date for which the interpreter is needed.

Wheelchair Escorts

  • Guests who require a wheelchair escort can enter any one of our entrances and speak to a Guest Relations colleague.
  • Guests who require a wheelchair escort can enter any entrance and speak to a Guest Relations colleague for assistance
  • An escort will assistyou to your seat via wheelchair, or to any other location that you need assistance accessing (restroom, concession stand, etc.).

Will Call/Ticket Pickup

  • If you have Will Call tickets and you are at the Main Gate, you may speak with a Guest Relations colleague and they will either escort you to collect your tickets or retrieve your tickets for you from our Will Call located at the East Box Office near the VIP Gate.

Bag Policy

To uphold health and safety protocols, minimize contact and ensure a more seamless entry process,our venues have adopted a no bag policy.

  • BAGS, WALLETS, CLUTCHES, FANNIE PACKS AND CLEAR BAGSLARGER THAN 4" x 6" x 1.5" ARE PROHIBITED.
  • Single compartment bags, wallets, and clutches smaller than 4" x 6" x 1.5" with or without a handle or strap are permitted.
  • Exceptions to this policy include:Medical bags required for dietary or medical necessity(must be smaller than 16” x 16” x 8”). Medical neccessityincludes Diaper bags, Oxygen,Insulin,Epi-pens and other medical devices.

Can I bring my bag or purse into the Amphitheatre?

To uphold health and safety protocols, minimize contact and ensure a more seamless entry process, our venues have adopted a no bag policy.

  • BAGS, PURSES & CLUTCHES LARGER THAN 4" x 6" x 1.5" ARE PROHIBITED.
  • SINGLE COMPARTMENT BAGS, WALLETS & CLUTCHES SMALLERTHAN 4" x 6" x 1.5" WITH OR WITHOUT A HANDLE OR STRAP ARE PERMITTED.
  • Exceptions to this policy include:

Can I bring a chair?

Guests are permitted to bring “beach style” chairs for most amphitheater shows. Camping chairs or chairs more than 12 inches from the ground to the bottom of the seat (when unfolded) are not permitted. Due to our no-bag policy, any bags that accompany chairs are not permitted. This is subject to change based on different tour or show requests.

Can I bring food & drink into the Amphitheatre?

Outside food & beverage is not permitted.

What time do doors open?

Gates for events at The Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre open 90 minutes before the scheduled show start. This is subject to change.

What is the smoking policy?

Smoking is not permitted in the pavilion, inside restrooms, on the sponsor decks or where food & beverage is sold.

Can I bring my camera?

Generally, professional cameras, tablets, audio recorders and video recorders are not permitted at The Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre; this policy, however, is altered to accommodate the preference of the artist or show. To inquire if professional cameras, tablets, audio or video recorders are permitted for a particular event, please contact us at 313-471-7000. For select performances, a strict no camera policy will be enforced and guests will be informed.

What are the set times for my event?

Set times for each show varies, and are subject to change. Please reach out to our Guest Experience Team at GuestExperience@olyent.com or 313.471.7425 for the most up to date run of show.

Can I bring an umbrella?

Umbrellas are allowed, except pointed tip umbrellas.

How do I contact Lost And Found?

During an event, found items are turned into the Guest Services Office near the Main Entrance. Guests may inquire about items at any point during the event. After an event, guests can click this link to submit a missing item.

Will the event be canceled due to inclement weather?

All events at Michigan Lottery Amphitheatreare “Rain or Shine” events. Only in extreme inclement weather are shows cancelled or postponed.We encourage you to check social media channels and the news section on this website for updates.

Where is the rideshare drop off and pickup?

Rideshare/Drop-Off is located at front of the Freedom Hill Banquet Center. Drivers will enter though the main entrance, turning at the first left and can drop off passengers at the flag poles.

The Rideshare/Pick-Up area is located at the parking lot adjacent to the main entrance, on the corner of Metro Parkway and Park Access Dr.

Nursing Mothers

Breast pumps are permitted inside the amphitheatre. For the comfort of nursing mothers, we encourage you to use our First Aid (located near the main entrance) to nurse or pump. If you have any questions about related items, please call 313-471-7000.

What is the amphitheatre capacity?

7,310 Total (* 4,286 fixed seats + *3,024 for lawn seats)

Where is parking located?

The main entrance is located at 14420 Metro Parkway, on the corner of Metro Parkway and Park Access Dr. VIP parking is located at the VIP Lot in the northeast corner of the complex. The VIP Lot’s entrance address is 14922 Metro Parkway, just a little further East past the main entrance.

Where is guest services located?

Guest Services is located at the main gate on the Southwest side of the venue.

What is the Guest Code of Conduct?

Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre at Freedom Hill is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests. To provide these types of experiences, we have standards and expectations for all guests and visitors. The Guest Code of Conduct outlines those expectations and policies.

  • Treat everyone with respect and dignity by displaying proper etiquette as outlined below. Guests should refrain from any action that disrupts other guests' enjoyment of the event
  • Do not engage in any unruly behavior, including obscene gestures, derogatory, vulgar, biased or abusive language directed at guests, venue personnel, artists, or anyone else. This includes the use of such language, actions or gestures concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, color, gender, religion, creed, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression or national origin; or to instigate, incite or encourage violence, a confrontation or threat of physical harm
  • Refrain from wearing any clothing or displaying signage/products that contains obscene or indecent messages or signs. Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre at Freedom Hillreserves the right to prohibit anything deemed inappropriate
  • Do not fight, throw objects or attempt to enter or interfere with the performance area
  • Consume alcoholic beverages responsibly and avoid intoxication, diminished capacity or impairment by alcohol or drugs. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to consume alcoholic beverages
  • Sit only in your ticketed seat and show your ticket when asked by venue personnel
  • Do not exit with the expectation to re-enter the venue after scanning of tickets
  • Refrain from smoking in non-smoking areas

Guests must comply with reasonable requests from venue personnel. Those who refuse may be subject to ejection without refund, revocation of season tickets and possible arrest and/or prosecution. Guests are encouraged to visit either Guest Services Office inside the main entrance opposite of the box office.

Do you offer sensory-friendly options?

Little Caesars Arena, the Fox Theatre, Pine Knob Music Theatre, Meadow Brook Amphitheatre, Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre and Comerica Park have partnered with and gained certification with KultureCity, making all events hosted at the venues sensory inclusive. This initiative promotes an accommodating and positive experience for all guests and fans with sensory needs. Event staff are trained by leading medical professionals on how to recognize guests with sensory needs and how to best handle a sensory overload situation.

Sensory bags, equipped with noise canceling headphones, fidget tools, and verbal cue card are available to all guests who may feel overwhelmed by the environment. Strobe cancelling glasses and weighted lap pads are also available. Guests wishing to check out sensory items must sign a waiver and leave a driver’s license or credit card, which will be returned upon receipt of the sensory items in the same condition. Sensory items are available at the Guest Service Office inside the Main Entrance opposite the Box Office and are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis and are provided free of charge.
