My wife and I were forced to leave on day 3 of a 10 day cruise because of abdominal pain. The Ships Doctor suspected a peptic ulcer, which could not be further diagnosed due to shipboard limitations. We flew back from Aruba, and drove from Port Everglades directly to our local Emergency Room at the hospital where she had a CT scan, and treatment for acid reflux.
After 2 days of no improvement, and unable to get into her PCP for five days, I suggested she go to Collier Urgent Care. Although doubtful, she was in such pain that she agreed to go. She arrived at 8:15, saw Dr Kim, who diagnosed Shingles, and a course medication, and 8:40, was on her way to the pharmacy. It took the pharmacy 6 times as long to fill her prescriptions as CUC took to diagnose and get her in and out.
Four hours in ER, 20 minutes in CUC, and correct diagnosis.
Not really much else to say if you need urgent care!

While on vacation, I came down with a heavy bronchitis, and since I had to fly home the next morning, I needed good care asap. I have never been to such a clean and nice urgent care before in my life. The staff were really friendly and quick. I will recommend this to you if you are looking for urgent and quality care.

Was in Naples on vacation with my family and I hurt my foot on a waterside. I showed up @ 8 am on a Saturday to Collier and was seen by Dr. Julia Lee within a half hour. Within 1 hour, I saw the doctor, had an X-ray, received crutches and a protective shoe. The care I received was exceptional under the care of Dr. lee. This same procedure would have taken hours in my home state. I highly recommend this facility for their professional manner and highly skilled Doctors.

Last spring I was on vacation in Florida and has having some issues with a tooth. I had some dental work done before my trip, but after flying my mouth was in a lot of pain. I landed and was not sure if I should try to go to a dentist or the hospital or what, so I ended up doing some google searching and found Collier Urgent Care. I was so thankful that I found them! They were able to see me almost immediately and see what was going on. Apparently the change in pressure due to the flight was causing some irritation in my recent dental work. The staff were amazing and really sweet as they worked with me and helped me to be in less pain. I was able to walk out of there feeling a lot better, and then stopped by again to kind of «pre-treat» any pain that was going to come up on the way home in the flight. It was amazing and I am so thankful that I stopped there. It was the same experience that I would have expected from a hospital, but for a fraction of the price! I hope I never have to go back there again, since that would mean that I was having some kind of issue while on vacation, but if I had to I know I would be met with knowledgeable and kind staff, a clean and professional environment, and care that is both urgent and thorough!

I was not too happy with the check in procedure. They require your SSN and a credit card. The nurse and doctor that treated me was on point and quick to get me in and out. I appreciated that greatly. I initially gave a poor review. However the owner of the clinic called me personally and apologized for the confusion on the check in. I greatly appreciated his concern and the time to call me. I will return for sure. They clearly care about their patients.

I am really glad that found this clinic instead of going to the ER. I was pretty sick, but the doctor and nurse were both great. The care was as good as the hospital, without having to wait forever. The receptionist noticed that I felt bad, and she was so helpful getting my paperwork done — definitely above and beyond. All of the people there are really
nice, and the place is super clean (which is so important.)
Five stars for Collier Urgent Care! hope don’t need you in the future, but will certainly return if so.

Even though my circ*mstance sucked, this was the best urgent care experience. Nicer than most of my regular doctor appointment visits. Clean, quick and very nice staff.

Visited this location early this week while suffering the after effects of a seizure, nausea, headache, etc. I was seen no time. The staff was so friendly they put me right at ease. It was superclean and convenient I would definitely recommend.

While on vacation, I started to feel real sick and went to Urgent Care. I was very happy with how professional and helpful everyone was. The front desk took care of me very quickly, I did not have to wait long at all to see the doctor. I really loved my nurse, she saw that I was really nervous and helped cheer me up. I could not be happier with the physicians there, last time I went to urgent care, they acted like I was a big inconvenience, but here everyone is so friendly and answered all my questions. Over all, Collier was super clean, very convenient, and I was in and out in no time. I was feeling better the next day and was able to enjoy the rest of my vacation!

The UC Market in this area us simply overwhelmed by all the retirees. Makes it terribly hard to access a provider when real issues come up and the Er doesn’t make sense. Still, the stress of long waits 3 hrs when you have a 2 yr old who is screaming in the lobby certainly isn’t made easier by the receptionists who are a rude.

I visited on 2÷20÷15 around 1:00 PM
When I walked in is when I should have walked out.
There was a man there bleed profusely (a construction worker). His boss was trying to tell the front desk that he was bleeding badly if she can get someone to help him.
She only stated that someone would be with him as soon as possible. His boss then asked if there was anything that they could use because he was bleeding everywhere (she answered a phone call and ignored him).
Had it not been for a nurse that was in the waiting room, he would have been bleeding on the floor until he was called back. That nurse called for a nurse in the back and explained the situation and then he got the help that was needed.
Does your front staff receive training? I don’t think they understand how unsanitary that was nor do I think (the most important word here) CARE. They are rude and that has nothing to do with being new.
I am a manager and I would not tolerate any employee talking to people the way your front desk talk to people. They told me they would call me back and did not, I had to call them back.
Nurse, awesome, doctor, awesome (Dr. Crowley) but your front staff has lost me as a customer.

After injuring myself on vacation I found this Urgent care on Google. Although the wait was a little long the care I received made the wait worthwhile. Dr Abood was very good and professional. The next day I went to an orthopedic surgeon and they knew of Dr Abood and spoke highly of him and said after further testing that his diagnosis was spot on. Also I need to mention Melanie the X-ray tech. Very good as well and super friendly. I could hear her taking care of older people with extreme kindness. Highly recommend this place.

I’ve been a patient here a few times and it has always been a pleasurable experience. The office is extremely clean, the staff is very efficient and friendly and they get you in and out as quickly as possible. In my opinion, it’s the best clinic in the area and I will definitely go back for all my urgent care needs!

Ok, well let me state that I do not typically write reviews for anything. I do need to state that if you need care in an area you are unfamiliar with, go to Colliers. From the front desk to behind the scenes in the exam rooms everyone was spectacular. These people listen, make eye contact, and are actually empathetic. And to note this was a weekend and they were all still nice and organized. I did have to wait my 40 minutes or so but it was well worth it! I am an Advanced Practice Nurse in Anesthesia and I have really high expectations, because I treat people like they are family. Let me tell you, they will not disappoint.

Collier Urgent Care opens at 8:00AM. I arrived at 8:04AM and there were already three families there ahead of me. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, and after only a few minutes of being there, the receptionist had already researched my insurance info and let me know what specific dollar amount would be covered.
I had to be somewhere to teach a class at 9:15AM, so at 8:30 I politely let the receptionist know that I could stay until 9:00 and if I wasn’t seen by then, I’d have to return later. They got me into a room immediately. Doc came in, run of the mill quick once-over and lots of questions, he confirmed that I had a sinus infection as I suspected. Gives me a script for an antibiotic, great, thank you, hope you feel better, et cetera. The charge was $ 139. Yes, that is a lot of money, but you are paying for the convenience and immediate care, and I’m okay with that. I don’t really have a primary care doc (He went to concierge medicine) other than my OB/GYN, so this was my best option.
Turned out the script he wrote was for a medicine so new that the three pharmacies I went to didn’t carry it but could order it. The drawback was that it would cost me $ 175 for 8 pills and I wouldn’t get them until the following day. I called CUC back and told them the situation, and they immediately called me out a different antibiotic without any issue and I was able to start my meds about an hour later.
Four days later I am feeling MUCH better. I would visit again in the future if needed!

While certainly not the most efficient use of time, I would recommend this location if you are in need of some primary care in a pinch. While the wait to get a room was an hour, the receptionists prediction was dead on and allowed us to go next door and grab a bite to eat while we waited. Be prepared to wait another 2030 minutes after being seen by the nurse. Doctor was friendly, accommodating, and great with my two-year old. Office was clean and well organized if not spartan. Overall, well worth it when the need arises.

I wouldn’t recommend this place if it was free! The staff is ruthless, I had a horrible experience. My one year old son was not feeling well so we needed somewhere to take him. I called today at 6:15 and spoke to Laura the receptionist and she told me they close at 6:30 so I needed to get there quickly, and be the very latest 6:30 and they would see us. I explained that we were only a couple miles away and we would leave immediately. We arrived at the door at 6:30, the door was locked and the lights were off. We knocked on the door to be met by the most ignorant and rude person you could imagine. She told us the doctor was gone and they are closed and that it’s past 6:30, when it actually wasn’t. I asked why Laura would tell us to get here at 6:30 at the latest and now you won’t admit my son when not only is it 6:30, but you knew we were on our way. As this is happening, Laura is sitting at the front counter and won’t look at us! The woman was disrespectful to us, I couldn’t believe that a business that provides service for people would feel that they should talk to and treat anyone in the manner we were treated. The encounter was the furthest thing from sincere. She was almost at the point of yelling at me while I was holding my son and was so proud to tell us that they weren’t going to help us. I wouldn’t go here if it was the only facility in town, they are ruthless. I should have read the previous reviews before I made the choice to go here. If you like to pay to be mistreated this place may be for you, but as for my family and myself you will never see me here again. Don’t be fooled by the official name of this place because it is a joke.
Just to put things in perspective, this is the first review I have ever written on anything in my life and I created an account just to do so. This business is not here to help people and I wanted to share my experience so that someone else doesn’t have an encounter similar to mine.

Had to take our two year old twins here and we really liked dr. Kim. You can totally tell when someone else has kids, she got down on the floor to take his temp and totally worked around him, she was awesome! Unfortunately, we had to go back the next day for our other son, and the other doc (man), was also very cool… enjoyed him as well. I think the place is great and the staff was awesome!
